Is CPDreflect approved by a professional body?
CPDreflect does not claim approval, accreditation or regulatory compliance. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your record and for meeting your professional body's and firm's requirements.
Do I have to use AI?
No. You can write a reflection in your own words, record a professional discussion or import an existing register. The assisted workflow is available when AI is configured. The record distinguishes how each reflection was created.
Can CPDreflect be my CPD record?
Yes. My CPD brings together your activity register, recorded hours, reflections, evidence attachments, development needs and follow-ups. Record learning in your own words or with guided support, and import an existing CSV register with Premium. Use annual review to prepare your portfolio and Evidence Packs.
Can I use it alongside my existing CPD log?
Yes. Keep any log required by your firm or professional body. You can copy your reflection, download an Evidence Pack and export your cycle records from CPDreflect.
What does my supervisor see?
Supervisors see derived status, hours, dates and the reasons for flags. Where a flagged item needs explanation, they can see limited activity metadata. They do not see your reflection text, source notes, free-text follow-up actions or personal Evidence Packs.
Is the demo real customer data?
No. Every demo record is labelled SAMPLE / SYNTHETIC. The demo uses deterministic sample material, makes no AI call and saves no data. You can explore the guided reflection, annual cycle and firm or network oversight without an account.
