What joining means

We collect your name, email address, chosen product, signup source and a record of your consent to email you about that product’s early access and founding-member launch offer. No account or payment details are required.

One product at a time

The three launch lists are managed together by our team, with separate preferences for each product. Joining one list does not subscribe you to the others. We do not add existing account holders automatically.

How your details are used

Your details are stored in the launch contact database and are available to authorised administrators. The team can export subscribed contacts to send the launch emails you requested. Your signup details are not sent to an AI service.

Leaving the list

Every launch email must include your unsubscribe link. You can also ask to unsubscribe, correct or delete your details by emailing hello@cpdreflect.com. An unsubscribe removes you from future mailing exports for that product. A minimal opt-out record is retained to prevent accidental re-addition.

How long we keep them

We use the list for the early-access and founding-member launch campaign. Joining it is not permission for unrelated marketing. Contact us at any time to request removal of your details.
